We are building out a comprehensive network of trainers for online and in-person trainings so that you can have access to a solid workout wherever you may be. Our online subscription, group classes and private training will be available for adults and their kids.

Private Training

Interested in getting to your best self, we create custom training programs based on your goals and hook you up with our certified nutritionist to make sure that you are getting the right nutrition to complement the intensity of your workouts.

Trainer, Melanie Murphy is a certified Lagree Pilates and fitness instructor. She understands the interconnectedness of movement, diet and lifestyle in maintaining optimal health in our physical bodies.
