    Melanie’s private practice, Wholistic Ritual, focuses on uncovering her patient’s unique equilibrium by using food and nutrition as the primary healing tool. She focuses on providing quality nutrition and nutrition education to underserved preschool youth, as part of a long-term mission to make access to healthy food a human right for all.

    Sean is a former collegiate athlete, which is where he found his passion for fitness. He turned his passion into a career, becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM. What Sean loves most about being a trainer/fitness influencer is the number of lives he impacts on a daily basis. There’s no better feeling than motivating someone to become a better version of themselves and introducing them to a healthy-active lifestyle.
