MUD PACKING AND ENERGY HEALING:

Based in Eastern medicine practices and mirroring acupuncture, mud packing is a procedure and practice that helps to open our internal energy meridians that may be blocked due to diet, lifestyle, emotional overload, or, most commonly, physical trauma. Energy flows throughout our body just as blood flows through our veins. If our internal energy highway systems are functioning without roadblocks, we often require less nutritional support.

Mud packing is a safe and effective procedure for those needing to remove internal toxins by providing localized healing for old, latent and/or acute trauma sites.

EMOTIONAL REPROGRAMMING THERAPY (ERT):

Our mental and emotional health play an integral role in the wellbeing and functionality of our physical bodies. Sometimes our inability to achieve wellness or overcome health challenges lies within our mental capacity to believe that we actually deserve to be healthy and happy. These mental or emotional blockages or barriers could be inherited or learned, new or old. However they’ve manifested, ERT is a useful tool in releasing our hold on these toxic thought patterns and freeing the mind to believe in our deservedness of wellness and good health.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Investing in the health of your employees is arguably the most valuable investment you can make. Healthy employees require less sick days and are more likely to be effective and efficient while they are at work. Not to mention, healthy people are more likely to be happy and motivated. Providing comprehensive health and wellness initiatives that are built into your brand and company culture is a sought-after value-add, making it much easier to find and retain quality employees. Promoting and supporting the health of your employees will save your company money in the long-run in preventable sick days, a nice side effect of this objective.
