We love Taco Tuesday and while cooking is fun, we don’t necessarily want to spend too much time in the kitchen after a busy workday. We’ve found three great recipes on Instagram by @the_wholesome_dish, @minimalistbaker, @spendpennies that gives you delicious easy to make tacos in 30 minutes or less. Classic Meat Taco by @the_wholesome_dish

Nothing beats a classic taco unless you don’t eat meat that is. We’ve put three of our favorites on this page, starting with the basics.

Here’s the ingredient list to get you started:

  • 90% to 93% lean ground beef/turkey/chicken

  • chili powder

  • ground cumin

  • salt

  • 1dried oregano

  • garlic powder

  • ground black pepper

  • tomato sauce

  • 1water

  • 12 taco shells - either hard shells or small 6-inch soft flour tortillas will work

  • Optional Taco Toppings: shredded cheese shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, taco sauce, sour cream, guacamole, etc.

Vegan Tacos from @minimalistbaker:

The best tacos we’ve found are tasty with vegetables, don’t let the lack of meat or fish in your diet hold you back. This is just one of many delicious veggie versions of our Tuesday favorite.

What’s Tuesday without a delicious fish taco. Tender flaky fish lightly seasoned and baked makes the perfect filling for these easy fish tacos.
